CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

While minor, I would think it is strong enough (and I can list it for you) - but I will let BJ make the call as you posed the question. Nice find!

It is funny what you can find from bags out of a coinstar machine. My bank has one in the lobby, and they are more then happy to have me buy them from them before they send out via Armored Car back to the Feds (Saves them money on the shipping). Some of my best finds have come out of these bags like the one BJ has listed on his http://www.maddieclashes.com/ site.
ADC-5C-2000-02, which is my pride and joy of finds to date.
To me it just shows how little attention people do show to the change they get and stick in their pockets.
