1858 Flying Eagle

Hello all, 3 questions about this 1858 Flying Eagle Cent. #1 is it a RPD. #2 is it MD on the reverse ribbon and leaves. #3 is this a clash or die break. Thank you for the help.

I forgot to mention that this is a Small Letter 1858, if that helps. I looked at CPG but it only has Large Letter type varieties. Thank you for the help.

I do not see any evidence of this being a re-punched date, though it does appear to have some machine doubling on the date. It also appears to have machine doubling on the reverse as well.

I can not comment on the possibilities of coin having a die clash for the pictures are taken to close in to determine exactly what we are looking at.
