The problem is that there are split serifs as in a Doubled Die strike, there are also double images of the letter that appear NOT to be flat as in Mechanical Doubling, but what kinda takes me aback is the number of doubled letters, which happen to be more than I usually see in coins.
The D mintmark, 2002 most of Liberty and almost all the letters of In God We Trust show signs of doubling on the obverse. United States of America, Five Cents, Monticello, and E Plur...s um are all doubled on the reverse.
As an added bonus there is a die chip that runs above the left high portion of the second floor? right edge through just above the railing where the X is located and goes over to the dome portion of the building and is in the shape of a low rising mountain (Didn't take a photo of that part of the coin, will do later).
