    Kennedy Accented Hair 1964 Proof

I was able to attend a local coin show in Orono, Maine yesterday hosted by the Pine Tree Coin Club. I found three varieties, one was a 1964 Proof Accented Hair (Type 1) in a NGC holder graded PR67.

Any guesses on which die variety number it is?

I'm thinking DDO-028 but I'm failing to actually see a "quad" spread on RTY.
The E also appears to have a light tripling in the upper left serif.

    Very cool find though.
