CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

Found these in BU rolls. Anyone recognize them? I can't seem to find a match.

Fantastic pics first of all. Did you use a microscope? I couldn't find anything on coppercoins.com which matched you coins, which is my main reference for cent varieties. I guess it's possible they're new, but especially the '52 looks like it would have been found by now.

I don't expect they're new but I can't find a ref anywhere. Both are fairly strong so I expect them to be documented somewhere.

I took the pics with my photomacrography setup, which consists of a Canon T2i mounted on a bellows with Nikon lens. It takes nice pics!

Looks like the 51-D is RPM #35. Still haven't figured out the 52-D.
