The '60s saw a lot of coinage with machine doubling affecting the profile like we see here. I mean all denominations, all Mints.
Hub doubling impacting the profile is uncommon. On Lincoln cents, with the exception of a few examples, anything noticeable would largely have occurred in the '40s. .
