1969-D Kennedy DDR? and Help.
Hi all. I am pretty sure I have found my first real doubled die. This is a 1969-D Kennedy half dollar. Both S's in states show splits on the serifs. I think I can see some other doubling in places also. First, does this look like one to you guys? Second, the CONECA master listings show 15 different DDR's. Is there anywhere online I can go and see pics to look for attributes so I will know which one it is? Third, is there any value to these DDR's? It should be XF-AU condition. Thanks in advance for any help.Tags: None

It looks like you do have a doubled die reverse. You can always send it in to James Wiles for an attribution. I think the 69D DDR’s are the most fun to try to attribute in the Kennedy series. I have most all of the 15 listed, three short. After looking at your photos, although limited, I think DDR-010 is a possibility. If you post a few more photos, like the doubling on the tops of the last three rays, or the notching on the stars over the D of DOLLAR, if your half has any, maybe I could match it to something I have. Is the Half a RDV-002 (Flared G) or the RDV-003 (Straight G)?

Here are some extra photos. I would say straight G, but I am not really knowledgeable on Kennedys so I am not sure. I do not see anything on the rays, but I just got this USB microscope and am trying to learn how to reduce the glare. The D in Dollar looks doubled but I am not sure about the stars. Check these out.
