    A surprise trail die!

I like getting surprises and when I bid on this Jefferson nickel in E-bay, I was hoping to get one. Joey Kim sent the nickel, and it was indeed something new.

While the trails seen are not out of the ordinary (we have examples on traildies.com with the same location), it is the date that was a big WOW.

While we do have trail dies from this era, the are all Proof strikes. This is a businesss strike and opens up a new page in the histoiry of trail dies.
