CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

      you sure have some great images here . I know this is supposed to be a confirmed D over S , with the better photos this now appears to be a D over D to me. to me it looks like parts of remnants of a tilted D below the D mintmark

        Looks that way to me too, but overlays have proven it to have an underlying "S".

          WOW.....what an impressive group of photos. I cannot even get a single photo to be clear and in focus. Of course I am using a simple Nikon Cool-Pix camera. My lighting issues are also a problem.

          Your technique is awesome. And the software you are using must be exceptional also. Thank you for sharing.
