1776-1976 -d kennedy halve -what form of doubling is this

I have a very hard time with this doubling stuff. Can more than one form of doubling exist on one coin ?
Clearly the doubling at the date that is on both sides of the numbers is not doubled die. But the doubling at the r & t on the obverse seems to split the letters and add material to them from them. Where as in other kinds of doubling it appears to take away from the letter or number and smear it out away from. Is there a rule of thumb on identifying Doubled Die from other forms of doubling ?
A close look at the o & f on the reverse shows faint doubling but again it is inside the legend not flat or off to the side so if you know a rule of thumb in this are please share.
    Thanks

I am not well versed in Kennedy Halves and I'm not sure either way. Some of it looks like MD, but the bottom of the T caught my eye. I hope you don't mind me using your image, but is there a notch where I drew this arrow? The image is a tad bit blurry and I'm not sure if it's a shadow or what. Maybe a pro will come along soon.

      Doubling

Hi I am glad you used my photo, just wish they were better. I re-took a few and maybe they are better. It was just a play on light. The form of the t is missing a lot where you needed to look closer. I see a lot of MD on the obverse but the r and the t both made me ask. On the reverse at the o & f in of also made me ponder.
I to like pennies. I have been at this only a couple of years. Had a stroke and needed something to do, found a silver quarter in the wash quarters and have been at it every since. I am back to work again but lets face it I am hooked now so I find time to keep going. I am new to the sight got tired of the pea nut gallery comments on several other coin sights. I don't know a lot but everyday I learn more and like you wouldn't ask anyone if there was a source to figure it out myself. I would help anyone with this crazy coin thing I just don't want to tell anyone something wrong. And hey don't give up you will find your cherries, I did and let it go in my ignorance. Yes a mule a rare one to be sure and hey I do this fore the fun win some loose some (smile). If you need to bounce a coin oiff someone eles I am here I promise, maybe slow but busy does that to a life. Have a good one I am off to the salt mines. Ron
