GA Quarters with different letter C

During a recent cruse through my proof quarters I noticed a difference between the business and proof GA quarters. Here is what I’ve seen. The Business GA quarter has a C upper tip with a minor extension into the mouth of the C in the word Justice and the proof does not. See attached photos. pick 1 & 4 are proof. Has this been noticed before and where can I read about it

I do agree with you, there is a difference in the C of JUSTICE. However, I am not to sure why. There may have been a different master die / hub involved in the making of proof coins.

I just noticed it, and have not found one type of "C" on the other type of coin. I agree with you it was most likely a difference in the master die, but I'd like to find either a business on a proof or a proof on a business.
