CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

Is this the one we talked about a week or so ago? I sure like the coins where collectors can actually see the issue.

        Richard,

Could you quit quoting material when the images are right there already for all to see? When you get to a later page or if you delete the images from a quote OK but as it is now, your responses just stack one set of photos on top another and nobody ever sees your message stuck way at the bottom.

        Thanks!

            2015-P 25˘ NE WDDR-004 Found in California

Found this about a hour ago in a roll I purchased from my local coin shop. Sorry the photos are just with a iPhone thru plastic. When I get home I will take a clearer photo to post. But it's very easy to see this with the naked eye. I will check the roll for other double dies.

Thanks Ken. I'll post a better picture this afternoon. Went back bought the last roll he had. I'll open it to see what's in it.

Searched 2 rolls from the shop I got. Only find is this one. No other ones or minors. I guess we will see how many of these pop up and come to light. Is this worth or how to go about sending it in for attribution and encapsulation? Here is one other picture. I wish I knew more about cameras to get a even better picture. But it's very easy to see and very strong. Wonder what a guess at grade on this would be?

Can he cross reference the Wexler number or would he have to have it in hand?
