Beautiful coin, and a dual variety too! Very nice DDO/RPM combo!

I think I jumped the gun here. The reverse doesn't seem to match. I don't see the crack or RPM. Variety Vista lists a Doubled Master Die. Is it possible it's the MDO. It says strong doubling on the B & RT of LIBERTY. It doesn't say anything about the W, but I still think it's possible.

I just finished photoing the coin and I know about MDO, but I don't think it's that, or #1 .
I did some side by side with DDO-001 . Die cracks are different in the hair, ( stage C ) and there's no cracks on the reverse either . I'm thinking it may be a new one ( Discovery ) ..

I agree with your assessment. I think you can rule out 001. Even if the reverse die had been changed, the obverse crack is in a different location. If not the MDO I would think its new. There's, without a doubt, hub doubling going on. I'd love to see images of the master die doubling.

According to the Coneca Charts: B, R, T, of LIBERTY & Date .
There's to much going on with other things to be the MDO .
The Mint-Mark has a wide split serif on the lower left leg, of the " D " could be tripled ...
