CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    Possible 1991 P DDO

    Found this going through pocket change. Have not heard of a 1991 DDO and this one surprised me. Also notice the eagles beak. First time poster, long time collector. What do you all think?

    I see machine doubling error on both the obverse and reverse.

      Please try and be more specific with posts like this. Specify exactly where you see something. I think there's machine doubling on the reverse of the eagle's head - I am not sure I see anything specific on the obverse.
