2020 Salt River Bay Quarter new variety?

Hello Everyone, This is my first time posting here and forgive me if I am stumbling around and maybe not asking the right questions.
I have only been coin collecting since September of last year. I was sorting through a handful of 2020 US Virgin Islands quarter when I came across one coin that seemed different from the rest of the coins. The coin was showing a lot of doubling all over but what separated it from the rest was the roots of the mangrove tree. It was oddly a little thicker compared to the other coins. I examined it with my loupe and confirmed that there are some doubling there which explains why its a little thicker. What surprised me is when I examined it under my coin scope and this is what I found. My question is, is this something that can be turned in for attribution? Is this considered a doubled die or is it a tripled die variety? This is the only coin I have found so far. Please let me know what you think.

Does anyone have opinion on the doubling on the edges of the roots? Please advise.

The photos do not seem to be showing anything. it sounds like machine doubling if it is as widespread as you're suggesting...

Mr. Cuvelier my apologies. I was trying to figure out how to add arrows to the pictures to point them out. Hopefully this will clarify things. WIN_20210126_09_20_06_Pro_LI.jpg WIN_20210126_09_20_59_Pro_LI.jpg

It does not look like hub doubling - my guess is it is localized minor machine tripling. Your photos are nice.
