1967 Jefferson Nickel SMS - DDO-001 and DDR-001?

I am looking at a 1967 Jefferson Nickel - SMS - PCGS 28716258 and it looks to me like this coin could be a DDO-001 and DDR-001. The pics are like the Stage 'A' for the DDO-001. Any thoughts or comments? I have posted the same coin on the next post with pictures of the reverse.

It is super-duper uncommon to have a coin with a DDO and DDR (or for that matter an RPM) - that should tell you that you're probably detecting something else like machine doubling or die wear. Yes, there are listings with two or three varieties. I would try and look at non slabbed coins, and many of them, to start to rule out coins with MD or die wear.
