    1945 Washington Quarter DDR 001?

Hello - I'm new to the forum, and I'm hoping to get some opinions on the 1945 Washington quarter pictured below. Is this DDR 001 in a late die stage/state? Also, if I want to get this attributed, what would be the first steps? Thank you for your help.

It could very well be DDR-001 - it might be LMDS or LDS. We are slowly trying to get a new site up. Something on an older quarter, with a possible new stage, is something I might be able to look at in late March or sometime in June, even if the site is not fully up.
