I am looking at a very nicely toned 1978D Roosevelt Dime. I am not really sure what I am looking at. It looks like there is a second strike off at a 45 degree angle or something. The rim disappears at places on the Obverse and you can see the copper core in the reeds. I need some help on this one...it just plain looks strange. Thoughts or Comments?
