I got this 1880 cc morgan today, and if is 8/7 with proof like appearance. I noticed that the reverse has a lot going on with it, and I couldn't find anything similar online. It is also so shiny, I wonder if it was dipped. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

The vam is correct, there's no problem with that. The problem is that all die adjustments, and the shiny field, and the closed mint mark. I just never seen anything like this before. Thank you sir
