I am looking at a nice 1955D Washington quarter. The coin looks to me like it might be a WRPM-002. The position of the mint mark and mint mark itself look similar to the pics on DD. I have been able to identify the following Obverse Stage 'A' die markers on the subject coin. 1. WSW/ENE die scratch connecting the bottom of the first T to the R in TRUST. 2. Light WSW die scratch from the tip of the nose. 3. WSW/ENE die gouges below the nose. I have been able to identify the following Reverse Stage 'A' die markers on the subject coin. 1. X-shaped die scratch between OF and AMERICA. 2. N/S die scratch at the lower right side of the left leg of the first R in QUARTER. Thoughts or comments?
