This coin appears to have multiple doubling on date and the word, "Liberty" and "In God We Trust". There's also doubling around the chin and the nose. We need you guys professional opinion, thanks. We can provide more pictures if needed.

The area around the date isn't doubling. It appears to be a zinc plating issue. It look alot more like damage than a number. The area around IGWT again looks like die chips or a plating issue where bubbles appear, eventually burst and produces this zinc looking rot all over this coin. The chin looks like post mint damage, done outside of the mint. Overall the coin is in pretty sad shape.
