I would NEVER buy a toned coin, after reading how easy it is to fake one, and, even the TPG's get fooled by AT.
Here's a few more crude pics. The notching is most evident on the 3 and the 7--the IGWT notching, is barely present, just in worn micro-form on the left lower serifs of some letters. The 7 & 3 notching is barely visable with a 10x loupe, yet quite visable with a 20x loupe, so, it's NOT an eye-popping DDO, as stated.
Other cherry picks from this week include some rare Early Die State 72's, with sextuplet Master Die Lines on the upper serif of the 1(Ezerman states roughly 0.5-2.0% of pop, and, soon to revise DDO listings), 2-"Prooflike" 71-D's(Luster to die for, proof planchets were used), A 71-S Proof Partial Pegleg, which are very scarce, a mislabled 72-S PR69 DCAM PCGS that is a 74-S PR 69 DCAM, with microscopic notching on ALL letters and numbers, east, being sent in for verification as a possible new DDO, and a "Monster" 72-D with a Major Pegleg, Double Talon Head, and Quadruple MDD obverse that is so complicated, with notches AND flat metal, it will have to be further examined also.
