The Title says 1960-D and the coin presented says 1963-D. Not sure which way to go with this.
In my opinion, on Coppercoins.com, doesn't the 1963-D presented above look more like RPM-001 due to the mintmark position and the broken vertical bar ?
The die cihip on the reverse (column 12) almost makes it a shoooo-in.

Oh my I corrected the Subject. Geez I got distracted and hurried and put the wrong information in the subject line! Thank you for setting me straight MintErrors. And yes the Die Chip on Column 12 was supposed to be the definitive marker
