Aloha all, I’m not sure what it is. I compared these pictures to all 4 DDO’s and it has some features of a DDO and some of a Strike Doubling(I may not be using the correct terminology).

Photos are some what grainy.
If you get that close and cannot see definitive proof it is, it's either not a DDO or, it would be quite minor. In my opinion, I do not see any indications that would make it a DDO.7
