1964 ROOSEVELT PROOF DIME DD0-004 & DDR-005 (or WDDO-003 & WDDR-019)?

Hello CONECA, I am looking at a very nice 1964 Roosevelt Proof Dime today. The coin is in an old ANACS holder and simply marked PF DBL DIE OBV, I am trying to decide which DDO it is. The one that best matches is DDO-004 which also happens to be DDR-005, The pick up points on the obverse appear to be the designers initials and the '6' in the date. The coin does have a pointed '9'. The pickup points on the reverse are doubling in 'U N I T E D', 'E-P L U', 'O N E' and the left stem. There is another match with WDDO-003 & WDDR-019 which seems to be very similar to the first. Thought or comments.
