CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    1913 Buffalo Nickel Type 1 Variety?

    I acquired this PCGS graded Buffalo Nickel and did not realize it may be a DDO until I examined it closely. I noticed what appears to be doubling on the left side of the second feather, the first 1 and 3 of the date, the designer's initial, the left side of the ribbon, and the left side of the braid. Attached are the best photos I could take of the coin. Any help in determining if I should send this coin in for DDO attribution or if what I am seeing is something else entirely would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, everyone!
