1937 Mercury WDDO-007?

I am looking to match this nice coin to WDDO-007 on the Wexler site. I can see the split serif on the 9 in the date. The 2 horizontal die scratches at the "I" in DIME also seem to match up to the example. What do you guys think?

it would have been nice if the picture on wexler's site would have shown those gouges a little bit more.

did you read the text and try to match up those pups?

These are the only 2 pick up points I can find. I thought perhaps it could be a later die state?
