Hello CONECA, I am looking at a very nice 1952 Washington Quarter in an ANACS holder and graded MS64 (not a proof coin). I see extra thickness in IGWT, the date and ‘L I B E R T Y’ consistent with DDO-001. I have the following obverse die markers on the subject coin: a die crack across forehead and upper hair consistent with DDO-001. I have a short die crack on the bust above the ‘9’ and just to the ‘5’ in the date and a short die crack on the bust above the 2 to the ribbon. The obverse appears to be ODV-005. There is no mention of reverse die markers on DDO-001. I have the following reverse die markers on the subject coin: Die crack down eagle's Right (viewer's Left) wing and across the tip of the wing to a leaf. A die crack through ‘R I B U S’ and onto the eagle’s Left (viewer's Right) wing to under the ‘M’ in ‘A M E R I C A’. My thoughts are this could be a later stage DDO-001. Thoughts or comments?
