In my opinion, it is not. It is lower and shelf-like, almost like steps,. This is common and known as mechanical doubling. Double dies had multiple impressions done on the working die. Those impressions were impressed at the same pressure, therefore should be at the same height. Mechanical doubling, machine doubling, ejection doubling, push doubling and other types of mechanically induced doubling is quite common. You can find hundreds to thousands of these type of worthless doubling, to one doubled die. These were pretty common, especially in the 1950s through the 1970s.Gary Kozera

One other thing... the 1958 Lincoln cent was the last year of the wheat cents. Check the reverse make sure its a wheat reverse and not a memorial. If it is a memorial it's either a magicians coin, a fake....
