i am curious, if this would qualify to be a LDB2-F-5, OR do you think its just a plating blister? I see bumps all over the coin, but Im not sure what do you think? could go ither way i guess, but I did NOT see a listing for this year with the EIR type. So I have no reference, to check against, so I am showing to see what others may think, I think ,ill say YES, why not, if im wrong ill learn why, and if im right , AWESOME! Either way I think it was a pretty neat find in mypocket change,lol!

CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.
