1971-S IKE Proof Silver

I picked this up at a coin show. When I looked under the microscope, I saw what seemed to be doubling. The part that convinced me was the splitting of the serif on the G in In God We Trust and the second T in In God We Trust. There is also what seems to be doubling on the date and motto. It also appears to be a Peg Leg variety.

I will also add the R from Liberty and the date. If anyone wants the full Liberty and the reverse and obverse, please tell me. It could also just be error with the frosting or machine doubling. Either way, thanks for the help!

It does look like a true hub doubled double die.
