1983 d Mule dye clash

In my opinion, I don't see a clash, but this is an abraded die, meaning the mint workers got a little over zealous polishing the die, and it appears as raised scratches on the coin. With the scratches showing and not a clash, it is probably not that valuable at all. The abraded dies are really common in the 1960s and 1970s, up to 1990.Gary Kozera
