    1989 Lincoln cent with a 1988 RDV-005 reverse

I am not a member yet but I am considering joining. My name is David. I sent this coin to ANACS for attribution and research after speaking with their rep at a coin show. I have not heard anything yet. I was hoping to get some thoughts or comments from the forum.
It's a 1989 Lincoln cent with a 1988 RDV-005 Reverse design. I know this is a very controversial reverse design for this year due to die transition. It's been stated that this should not exist, however, I believe it does.
I've seen other coins that shouldn't exist, but they do, so why not. I hope these pictures help.
Thanks for letting me share. Hopefully I did this correctly. Dave.
