Please take a look at the attached photos. The Papoose seems to have a doubled nose, and the maze stock has extra tip on one leaf as indicate. Your thoughts

The double nose may be caused by machine doubling. I do not think that it is a doubled die for it is outside of the area where most of this type of anomaly has been occurring with the single squeeze process.
As to the extra "part" of the maze leaf, it looks like a small die chip. There have been numerous reports of this on modern coinage, especially the state quarters where extra leaves, wings toes, claws, etc. have been documented.
