Can someone help me identify what's wrong with the mint mark

no mint mark. which means it was minted at Philly which is normal. -
I agree with PNWMAKES .
No mintmark, and the coin is in pretty bad shape.
The coin looks like it was improperly cleaned and that can reduce a coins value by 50 % or more. Simply soaking the coin for a short period in water and lightly patting the coin dry is a much better solution.
