Here is a 1971 D Kennedy Half That could be a QDO or more. It looks to be along the same lines as FS-50-1971D-102 but there seems to be a bit more going on with IN. A little more spread between the images too. Any thoughts?

Bill…it looks like it could be a 71D DDO-006. Does the TRUST on your half match the attached photo...is it a ODV-003? I see in CP’s the description for the 1971D-102 says, the lower portions of IN show at least a triple die. If you check the CONECA listings you will see the description for the DDO-006 says, with four serifs on lower I of IN. James Wiles also has some nice photos, page 228 in “The Book”.

It doesn't match
Hi and Thanks,
On my piece, the strongest multiple images are on the IN, It begins to diminish on GOD still with good splits and notches visible. There is less doubling on WE , although still visible. It diminishes more across the word TRUST , again some doubling visible with almost no doubling on the ST of TRUST.
It appears to be a Class V, Pivoted Hub Doubled(tripled, quadrupled?) Die. The pivot point would appear to be off the coin, so to speak as there is still some doubling on the 1 of the date and the Y of the LIBERTY.
Very weird coin:-)
Thanks,
Bill
