I can't identify this RPM with your database (I think it looks like an RPM).The dry mark has its minting problem.
It is difficult to see the RPM, one needs really good magnification and a clear photo. =\
I do not know if you look at this site:
it is all about the position of the mint mark, in reference to where the date is. All are slightly different (prior to the mid-1980's).
CONECA seems to recognize only RPM's that are slightly separated.

Please be warned that several of the RPM's for the 1957-D coins can be doubled die as well. It is best seen on LIBERTY and select letters within IN GOD WE TRUST.
