1908 S Philippine Peso RPM?(Not 17.03a).

I have a 1908 S Philippine Peso that showed what appeared to be separation lines in the upper outer loop on the mm, as well as some anomalies in upper and lower serifs. Some weirdness in the outer lower loop. Is this S/S rpm? DD? RPM with DD? Doesn't look like 17.03a, but still looks repunched to my eyes. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated as I am still in the novice stage. Thanks for looking.

I'd want to see split serifs. The possible separation lines need could easily be mild machine doubling.

From the photos I am still not sure. I would lean toward it not being an RPM, but I cannot say for certain and would have to see it in person. While CONECA has a section on, "U.S. Territorial Issue RPMs," at the moment, I am not when exactly sure after the New Year when we can look at this. Chime in this thread again in a few weeks and let me see where we are at.

Thanks. Given the cartwheel luster left on this (reverse has signs of wiping) and the fact I got it for just over $18 after Ebay bucks, I'm happy to add this to my collection either way.
