    2 Centesimi 1900 Italia

    Hello,
I have another one I'd like your thoughts on it.
This one is a regular 2 Centesimi 1900 from Italy (sorry for the blurs but it is inside a coin card):
    2 cent 1900 normal.jpg
Check the E in the middle, straight below the 2 and now check the same E in the following one which is same coin type and year:

2 cent 1900.jpgIs it only me or the central leg of the E has a doubling which is not a simple machine doubling?

    Thanks in advance,
    Matteo

Yeah, probably it is nothing crazy, but just to be sure this is what it seems to me:

Again, not trying to say I'm right, but looks to me sort of an e slightly rotated, btw thanks anyway for the reply

i can't tell for certain from the image but the artifact in the bottom, i THINK is just debris (we had a dime thread recently) that is most liekly pareidoila.

you have a toothpick to hit the thing in front of the middle bar? there is a chance it is debris as well.

I've already tried to gently work the area with a toothpick but the "shadow" remained as shown in the image, this is why I'm wondering it is some real sort of issue in the coinage, but again I might be completely wrong and it is only a strange case of dirt that looks like the central E leg, thanks anyway
