Is this a kind of issue? And if so which kind of?

Hello,
I've got into an interesting case around a Denmark 10 Ore from 1986.
As you can see from the image it seems there is some sort of extra material and/or double strike on the value and leafs:

Now, I'm not even sure if this is a coin error or not but I'm curious as it looks not "regular" strike for me. Any idea?

IMHO this is Die Deterioration/ Machine Doubling. You should present full Obverse and Reverse photos of coins plus the area in question.

Here there are more "global" images with highlighted issues, for me for sure on the 0 looks like extra material, other I tend to agree are simple machine doubling:

Nice thank you for the photos, yeas this is a combination of Die deterioration, were the cavities are chipping along some edges, and the lower shelf around other devises is Machine Doubling. Machine Double Shelf like (2023_09_04 15_07_32 UTC).jpg
