1976 Eisenhower Dollar Mint Damage or PMD

 In my opinion, it's PMD. It appears to be heavily pitted, and most of the patina ( shiny luster) is gone.It may have been in the ground or an acid experiment project. if that is a green style fungus looking material, it might be verdigris. It shows up when coins have been mishandled, exposed to extreme weather changes and/or close to high humidity and salt air.
