    Is this real

Hello again, I need help, I saw this 1928 Dollar Peace coin without one dollar on the reverse, I would like to know if any peace dollars were minted without this on it’s reverse?

In my opinion, the face of the Eagle and tail feathers, along with the rock the Eagle is perched on have been altered.this one If your asking if its an error done by the us mint, I would say no. Probably done by some one creative, like a tattoo artist. Or a counterfeitor.

The master hub's design is used to create all of the working dies. This would not have been possible to leave off the denomination on a single dollar. If this was done by the U S Mint, it would have been discovered a long time ago.

Hard to say if its a genuine dollar. You would need to weigh it and get it tested for metal content, to see if it is silver. It may have been cleaned as well, especially on the reverse. A lot of uneven toning / patina probably due the alterations.
