Circulated 1983-P Roosevelt 10C PMD?

Hi All, been a while since I jumped on, hope all are doing great!
This 1983-P is something I have not seen before. Theres dents and impressions MOSTLY obverse, but appears reverse slightly. I want to say PMD, got stuck in a press somewhere but I would expect to see denting in the lettering/ Face/ etc. Hopefully one of you all ses it and knows right off the bat what it is. In my opinion, if its all relatively close to Roosevelt, it could very well be a die clash. You will have to visit

Die clashes show the outline of the design. The reverse seems to show the outline of Roosevelt, and the obverse shows the leaves of the reverse.
