    Error on 1983 Lincoln cent

Found a vet strange error on a 1983 Lincoln cent . There are four dye marks extending from all four corners of the monument that straight from the north east and west coming from the monument corners running parallel to the I in united and America the southeast and southwest from corners to rim. They look like line up markers for the monument and the outside lettering.

In my opinion, photos are needed to determine if this coin is a bonefide error or, post mint damage.

agreed with mint errors, however the 1983 cents had 1,2,3, or all 4 corners of the memorial building with die cracks.
Please add photos of the reverse of your coin.
