One and nine of the date, outer lower earlobe doubling.

So, interesting. How the date came to take on a slight secondary direction doubling.
The ear has a cut, then separation where there should be a track of where it's alignment of the rest of the ear would justify its place.
The Mint did make a modification to the ear, along with the tie. This ear does not have "that" modification yet, but looks like it's going through something.It should have the missing portion of the front of the earlobe

Also it seems the bottom left earlobe sees separation. It doesn't seem to have its divot modification because this earlobe surface is covering the divot in doubling, and so looks relief.
