I believe they left they mint weighing 5.67 grams. Your coin looks like it has survived many transactions and some material has rubbed off. I'd say this is normal. -
In my opinion, its apperance is blotchy, may be post mint damage related.
May have been in the ground or exposed to something slightly acidic since the color is off.
The tolerance range is 5.44 to 5.89 grams.
