There is a line that goes straight across and through the horse. Would this be a die crack?

If the line is in relief (out) from the surface then maybe.
If the line is incluse then it's probably a scratch.

In my opinion, it looks like a scratch.
It does not look raised and its not jagged enough to be a die break / crack.
The full reverse of the coin has the line intermittent, any "higher ground" there is no line.
A crack would go through the entire device rather than intermittently.
