Not sure exactly what is happening on this coin. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

In my opinion, the lighting is too bright to determine what is going on with the coin.
I sugest subduing the lighting, but if you cover lights with cloth, ensure the cloth gets removed asap to avoid any type of fire hazard.
