2008 D Dime oddities

I need some help to determine what I am seeing. Image 1 is just obverse image, #2 is reverse with points marked.
2A is an odd spread on the right side of the upper torch, 2B is odd spread on the left side of the main oak branch below the upper acorn,
2 C, D, and E show spread on left side of the top oak leaf of the lower right pair of leaves. Image 3 just shows a magnified view of spread on the torch.
Image 4, point 4A shows the spread upper left lobe of top leaf in lower right leaf pair, 4 B is then odd spread on the main stem below the upper acorn,
4 C shows issue that has some marks which might indicate PMD however odd that it is along the same areas with other issues on this leaf. Not marked with arrow is a small extension of the leaf lobe to the left of arrow line 4B (marked 5B on image 5). Image 5 (note the horizontal arrow above 5B is not supposed to be there) Points 5 A,B,C are the issues on the leaf that appear to be out of the ordinary but not easily attributed to PMD. image 6 is simply the Date and mintmark.
Any ideas or opinions will be appreciated.

In my opinion, this kinda looks like a late die state struck coin.

I dont have the average amount of strike a working die can do for dimes. Lincoln cents typically can do up to one million strikes. Quarters can average close to 325,000 strikes. I imagine dimes are close to 500,000 or more.

Working die start out sharp and clean. The battle of metal vs metal comes into play. As the working die strike coins, a little of that sharp corners and lines get a bit more rounded and the working dies can get a touch looser than when new.

Working dies are made with the design elements incused/sunk into the working die. So, when that blank planchet is squeezed between to working dies, whatever was sunk into the working die, is raised on the coin. Any area that is flat, is the surface of the working die, known as the field.

What might have happened was the working dies squeezed this coin, and there might have been just a touch of extra metal weight in that planchet. Combined with the late die state, some of that metal escaped, oozing a bit out and being on the edge of the flat field. Most of the areas you have pointed out are along the designs edge, so this makes sense to me.

They could also be shavings or fragments but, I believe these would be in more of a random locations.
