CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

    Hi all

Hello from Canada, I'm fairly new to collecting and enjoy searching rolls and change. Recently I have been reading extensively on this site, Tom Potters site, Community coin forum, etc. I am another "hopeful" that would love to come across something of importance to the "coin world", but am still pleased with even the smallest of oddities I come across. My hopes here... to learn and pick the brains of all who dwell here and have fun in the process.

Perhaps you mean Ken Potter's site. I'm not familiar with "Community Coin Forum". In any case, welcome to our forum. -- Mike Diamond

LOL, yes I stand corrected Tom Potter is my real estate agent obviously the 2 names are too similar. Thank you for the welcome mike and I am familiar with your name as well. CC Forum is a forum that Chuck Daughtrey frequently visits to offer information and answers to questions regarding errors/varieties.

Seeindoubl - You can post pictures whenever you care to. My suggestion is to check the "help hints" under the sub-forums which can be found on the home page of the forum. It gives you two ways to post pictures.

If you have any problems, one of us can surely help you.
